Shower melts are made to order. Can be sensitive according to weather or how the handle shipping. if you receive broken or crumble melts please let me know. They are still usable but I would be more than happy to replace. 
Directions:
Place the steamer on the floor of your shower, in the corner and out of direct water. You also place them on baggy. The steamer needs some water contact to activate.
